These Terms govern your access to and use of kenyapossystems.co.ke and VPOS services provided by Kenya POS Systems. By using this website or our services, you agree to these Terms and the operating conditions described below.
Governing jurisdiction: Republic of Kenya.
1. Services
Kenya POS Systems provides VPOS software and related reporting, business management, implementation, training, support, and operational features. Services may be offered under a one-time license, subscription model, quotation, service order, or written commercial agreement.
2. User Responsibilities
When using VPOS, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of credentials and account access
- Use the platform lawfully and responsibly
- Not attempt unauthorized access, tamper with the system, or reverse engineer software
3. Communications: Email and WhatsApp
You authorize Kenya POS Systems to send service-related communications, notifications, and reports to the email address and mobile number you provide. WhatsApp delivery may be executed through approved WhatsApp Business Platform providers or messaging partners where applicable.
4. Pricing and Payments
Prices shown on the website or shared in a quotation are subject to change. Where a written contract, service order, quotation, or commercial agreement exists, those terms prevail over general website pricing references. Taxes and statutory charges may apply where required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
All website content, software, branding, logos, documentation, product interfaces, and related materials are owned by Kenya POS Systems, VPOS, or their respective licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, adapt, publish, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
6. Availability
Services are provided on an “as available” basis. Maintenance, upgrades, service dependencies, network issues, or factors outside our control may occasionally cause interruptions or temporary limitations in service access.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kenya POS Systems and VPOS are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or data loss arising from use of the website or services.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, misuse the platform, or engage in unlawful or unauthorized activity affecting VPOS systems, operations, or users.
